About Me​

I am a passionate birth and postpartum doula based on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. I have been drawn to Mama’s and their babes forever and have found myself in this incredibly beautiful and empowering space. I am so grateful to be here and be living out my soul purpose!

As your doula, I will provide a warm and safe space to empower, educate, nurture and nourish you during your incredibly sacred rite of passage – becoming a mother.

I believe that all birth can be beautiful and with gentle guidance and support I can help you feel in control and own your birth.

Life does not go without the rise and fall, and sometimes things do not always go to plan. I will work with you to ensure you feel prepared to move through any challenges that may arise.

As your doula I will empower and educate you in a judgement free zone; support you in whichever way you choose to birth; will not impose my own thoughts and beliefs onto you; trust you and your baby; work alongside your medical providers; advocate for you and your partner; nurture and nourish you, so that you can nurture and nourish your baby.
